06th of June 2021 - University of Jaffna vs University of Peradeniya 
13th of June 2021 – University of Sri Jayawardenapura vs Open University of Sri Lanka
20th of June 2021 – University of Ruhuna vs University of South Eastern
04th of July 2021 – University of Moratuwa vs Best Defender of the first 3 matches
